The Laune Rangers Under 16 squad that won the County League Division One title last Tuesday evening.  Read more below

LOTTO: Lotto results for Sunday 11th September. There was no winner of the €6,200 jackpot. The numbers drawn were 14 – 17 – 22 – 32. The Consolation Prizes were won by the following: €100 Maria O'Connor - sold by Kerry; €50 John Dunlea - sold by Colette; €25 Ray Dunlea - sold by Colette; €25 Shane O'Sullivan. Next week’s Jackpot will be €6,400.

JUNIOR FINAL: The McElligott Cup Final between Laune Rangers and Gneeveguilla was due to take place on Friday evening last but was postponed. It has been re-fixed for next Saturday, September 17th – venue and throw in time yet to be confirmed at time of writing. See social media closer to the day for details of the game.

UNDER 16 BOYS: Laune Rangers won the County U16 League Division One title on Tuesday last, with a fantastic victory over Cordal/Scartaglin in the game of the season in Fitzgerald Stadium. Full Time score: Laune Rangers 6-14, Cordal/Scartaglin 4-9. Read the match report here

UNDER 16 DVD: The Under 16 Team’s County League Final victory was captured on video, and a DVD has been produced of the game. If interested in buying a copy of this DVD, contact Lisa on 0879788003 – available only while limited stocks last.

UNDER 12 BOYS: Laune Rangers had three U12 teams in Central League action on Sunday evening. The Gold team drew with Castlegregory away, while the Green Team and White Team both won at home against Milltown/Castlemaine.

UNDER 10 GIRLS: Laune Rangers girls at the U10 girls blitz in Passage West on Saturday. A great day was had by everyone with teams attending from all over the country. The girls put in fine performances in all their games and played against Kinsale, Moycarkey Borris, Ballygarvan Cats and Ibane Gaels.

KERRY MINORS: The very Best of Luck to the Kerry Minor Team and management in Sunday’s All Ireland Minor Final, especially our neighbours Mike Breen and Caolim Teahan, as well as extended panelists Cormac Leane and Laune Rangers’ own Fiachra Clifford. Special mention also goes to Laune Rangers’ Padraig Murphy, who is part of Peter Keane’s management team as the strength and conditioning coach.
