Read the full Match Report here.  The date and venue for the final against either Austin Stacks or Cordal/Scartaglin have not yet been confirmed

UNDER 14 BOYS: Laune Rangers will have two teams competing in the Mid Kerry competition this year. Round 1 sees Laune Rangers Blue face Laune Rangers White on Thursday next, August 25th in JP O’Sullivan Park at 7pm.

UNDER 13 ROSE CUP: Congratulations to the Laune Rangers U13 panel who participated in the Rose Cup tournament in Tralee today. Based in Ballyrickard for the group games, they defeated Listowel Emmets, host club Kerins O Rahillys and near neighbours Milltown/Castlemaine before meeting Westmeath team The Downs in the semi-final where they won an absolute humdinger. That brought them to a final in Na Gaeil against Austin Stacks where they fell just short, but put in a performance that instills confidence for the future. Panel who played on the day and all played their part: Jake Reenstierna, Patrick Brennan, Darragh Mangan, James Byrne, Matt Reenstierna, Daniel Evans, Callum Moriarty, Callum Russell, Mikey O'Donnell, Adam Owens, Tom Whittleton, Eoghan Hassett, Sean Twiss, Barry Moriarty, Aona O Shea, Jack Healy, Cathal Crowley, James Treacy, Darragh Evans, Joe Langham.

KERRY: Best of Luck to the Kerry Senior and Minor teams and management who face Dublin and Kildare respectively in the All Ireland Semi Finals next Sunday. Best wishes especially to our own Peter Crowley and Liam Hassett (selector) with the seniors and Padraig Murphy (S&C Coach) with the minors.

PRIDE OF THE PARISH: Best of Luck to Laune Rangers Junior player Ian Costelloe who, in the coming days, will embark with Team Ireland to Rio De Janiero to compete in Sailing in the Paralympic Games 2016. We’re sure you’ll do us proud Ian!
