LOTTO: Lotto results for Sunday 6th September. There was no winner of the €3,800 jackpot. The numbers drawn were 04 - 08 - 15 - 30. The Consolation Prizes were won by the following: €100 T & V Quirke, standing order; €50 Tim McCarthy, standing order. Credit Union Vouchers €25: Bridget Daly; Mary Keane – both sold by Margaret Browne. Next week’s jackpot is €4,000.

SENIOR A: There was no Senior game this past weekend.

U21: A young Laune Rangers U21 Team were defeated by much fancied Spa in the County U21 Club Championship on Wednesday evening. Final Score: Spa 2-23, Laune Rangers 0-8. Laune Rangers Team: Gary Naughton, Colm O’Mahony, George Evans, Aidan Cox, Gavin O’Shea, John Tyther, Neil O’Brien, Daniel Macbeth (0-1), John Francis O’Grady, Jamie Clifford, David Costello, Liam Quirke, Patrick Daly (0-2f), John O’Shea (0-4, 2f), Daniel Whittleton (0-1). Subs used: Pierce Tyther, Christian Fleming, Jack Smith

MINOR: Our Minor side face An Gaeltacht in the Central Minor League this Monday evening at 6pm in Cloon.

UNDER 14 BOYS: Our U14 Boys have two sides entered in the Mid Kerry Championship Competition this year. The ‘Blue’ side defeated Beaufort on Friday last, while the ‘White’ side had a bye.

UNDER 12 BOYS: Our U12 Boys have three sides competing in the Central Region Competition this year. The Green Team and White Team face their counterparts from Austin Stacks while the Gold Team face John Mitchels. These games take place this Monday at JP O’Sullivan Park at 7pm.

DRAW: We all now know that Kerry will play Dublin in the All Ireland Senior Final, while the Minor Team face Tipperary on September 20th. Laune Rangers are running a draw to win a super prize for that weekend. The winner will receive 2 Tickets to the All Ireland Final, two return Train tickets and Overnight Accommodation for Saturday Sept 19th as well as €200 spending money. Draw cards are now on sale in Killorglin and are available for just €3 per line. Keep eyes peeled for vendors, who include many of the pubs and shops around town. If you’re not in, you can’t win!

TICKETS: Laune Rangers will convene on Thursday Sept 10th at 9pm to conduct the draw for All Ireland Final Tickets between our members that have put their names in for the draw.
