LOTTO: Lotto results for Sunday 5th July. There was no winner of the €2,000 jackpot. The numbers drawn were 04 – 17 – 20 – 30. SENIOR A: With the Munster Final being played on Sunday, Laune Rangers Seniors were not in action over the past weekend.  Due to the drawn Munster Final on Sunday & the resulting imminent replay on July 18th, the scheduled County Senior Football Championship Round Three – including Kenmare District v Laune Rangers – will now NOT take place this weekend.

SENIOR B: Laune Rangers B team faced Beaufort on Tuesday evening in their last fixture in the Mid Kerry Junior League.  Final Score: Laune Rangers 2-13, Beaufort 0-15.  Read the match Report here:  They will play Glenbeigh/Glencar in the Mid Kerry Junior Final – date and venue yet to be confirmed

SENIOR LADIES: Laune Rangers hosted Inbhear Scéine Gaels in the County Senior Ladies Club Championship Semi Final on Monday evening.  Full Time score: Laune Rangers 4-25, Inbhear Scéine Gaels 1-9.  Read the match report here: .

NIGHT AT THE DOGS: Tickets are still available for our Night at the Dogs!  On this Friday July 10th, Laune Rangers GAA Club will host an evening at Kingdom Greyhound Stadium.  The Club is currently selling tickets for the ‘Buster’ draw for the night.  Each ticket enters the purchaser into a Buster draw & the winner will be decided by the result of the ‘Buster Race’.  There are a limited number of tickets available for this draw, each with a unique combination of the numbers 1-6 – (1,2,3,4,5,6), (3,4,2,1,6,5) etc – and the order in which the dogs finish the Buster Race will decide the winner of the Buster Draw.  Tickets for the Buster Draw cost just €10, and each ticket grants the holder entry into the stadium on the night.  The first prize for the Buster Draw is €500.  Buses will also be available on the night and with CHILDREN UNDER 14 GOING FREE, it promises to be a fun evening for all the family with entertainment for all ages.  The Club would also welcome sponsors for races, advertisements, or even dogs for the evening.  If interested in becoming a sponsor, or to purchase a Buster Ticket, please contact Secretary Lisa Brennan on 087 9788003 or email PRO Aidan Clifford on  Alternatively, you can securely purchase a ticket online, following a quick registration at

MINORS: Laune Rangers form part of the Mid Kerry Minor panel in the County Championship.  The play St Brendan’s Board on Wednesday night July 8th – throw in at 7pm in Blennerville.

COMMUNITY GAMES: Huge Congratulations to the Killorglin U14 Girls Community games team – a combination of Laune Rangers and Cromane GAA players, who won the Munster Community Games title on Saturday last.

UNDER 12 GIRLS: Laune Rangers U12 girls played Ballymacelligott on Thursday 2nd July in the league quarter final at JP OSullivan Park. Ballymac got off to a great start scoring 2 goals in the opening minutes.  Things did not go the way of the Rangers girls and even though they fought hard they just could not get scores. They exit the league but can hold their heads high as they played great football throughout their league campaign.
