LOTTO: Lotto results for Thursday 13th August. There was no winner of the €3,000 jackpot. The numbers drawn were 02 – 11 – 16 – 18. The Consolation Prizes were won by the following: €100 Con Lucey; €50 Ireneus Looney. Credit Union Vouchers €25: Breda Crowley; Debbie Brosnan – all prizes coming from standing orders. SENIOR B: Our B Team will compete in the Molyneaux Cup this year, and they host Dingle in Round 1 on Friday, August 21st at 7pm in JP O’Sullivan Park.

U21: Laune Rangers host Templenoe in Round 1`of the County U21 Club championship this Wednesday, August 19th at 6:30pm in JP O’Sullivan Park.

HEIFER: Congratulations to Seamus Heffernan, Co Antrim who won the Laune Rangers Heifer on Wednesday evening last. Well done also to Shivaun Shanahan, Anglont who picked up 2nd Prize of €250 and to Brid Lillis, Co Carlow who picked up 3rd Prize of €150.

UNDER 16 GIRLS: The U16 girls won in convincing style against Currow in the County League Division Two on Friday last. Led by the outstanding player of the match Ciara O'Brien, who finished with 2-8, the forwards were in flying form with Yvonne Sheehan, Roisin O’Hara, Katie Halpenny, Nicole Moriarty, Lucy O’Donnell and Orlaith Reynolds all getting on the score board. The midfield of Tara Breen, Kayleigh and Rachael were the engine that kept the supply going to the forwards all night. All the backs were on top form with Maedbh O’Sullivan, Laura Brennan, Sarah Clifford, Molly O’Donnell and the two Lucys – Clifford and Knight – cleaning up everything that came at them.

UNDER 14 BOYS: Our U14 Boys face Austin Stacks in the Central League Division 1 Final on Monday evening. The game takes place in Milltown at 6:30pm.

COMMUNITY GAMES: Best of Luck to the Killorglin girls Community Games team – a combination of Laune Rangers and Cromane players – who compete in the All Ireland series in Athlone this weekend.

UNDER 12 BOYS: Laune Rangers have FOUR Under 12 teams playing in Mid Kerry Competition this year, with two teams competing in both Division 1 and 2. The Division 1 White and Division 2 White teams played Beaufort on Friday last. Both teams won in two very sporting games.

GOOD LUCK: Best of Luck to the Kerry Senior & Minor Teams and Managements in their All Ireland Semi Finals on Sunday against Tyrone and Derry respectively, especially our own Peter Crowley.

CONGRATULATIONS: Congratulations to the Kerry Senior Ladies and Management on the All Ireland Quarter Final victory over Mayo on Saturday last, especially Edel Murphy, Bernie Breen, Sarah Houlihan & Patrice Dennehy.
