Laune Rangers Senior Ladies Team that faced Austin Stacks on Sunday; John Tyther dispatches a penalty in Sunday's County League game vs Fossa.

LOTTO: Lotto Results for Sunday 16th July. There was no winner of the €15,000 jackpot. The numbers drawn were 05 – 08 – 15 – 23. JAMES COFFEY MEMORIAL CUP: The County Under 21 Championship will get a new trophy in 2017, with the James Coffey Memorial Cup being awarded to the winning side from this year onwards. Mid Kerry – captained by John Tyther – are looking forward to the Final of the same competition, due to be played next week (details not finalized at time of writing). The launch of the Cup will take place in the Laune Rangers clubrooms on Friday next, July 21st at 8:30pm. All welcome to join us at the launch from 8:30pm.

HEIFER OR CRUISE: Laune Rangers ‘Heifer of Cruise’ Draw will take place again on the last day of Puck – 12th August 2017. Tickets are now available for this draw at €5 each or three for €10 and can be bought from various outlets in Killorglin or ONLINE

SENIOR MEN: Laune Rangers picked up their first home win of the County League season on Sunday afternoon as they defeated Fossa in the sunshine at JP O'Sullivan Park. Full Time Score:- Laune Rangers 2-10, Fossa 2-8. Read the Full Match Report here

SENIOR LADIES: Commiserations to the young Laune Rangers Senior Ladies side who were beaten by a strong Laura Rogers led Austin Stacks in the County Intermediate Semi Final on Sunday afternoon.

JUNIOR MEN: Mid Kerry Junior League Result from Tuesday, July 11th:- Beaufort 6-8, Laune Rangers 1-13. Laune Rangers host Glenbeigh/Glencar at home on Tuesday evening next. Throw in at JP O’Sullivan Park at 8pm.

MINOR: Laune Rangers’ County Minor Championship campaign ended on Tuesday evening (July 11th), following a heartbreaking injury time loss to Dingle in Páirc an Athasigh. Full Time Score:- Dingle 1-17, Laune Rangers 2-11. Read the full Match Report here

UNDER 16 BOYS: Laune Rangers Under 16s fell to their second defeat of the County League Division One campaign on Friday evening with defeat at home to Dr Crokes. Full Time Score:- Laune Rangers 2-7, Dr Crokes 2-9. Read the full Match Report here

UNDER 16 BOYS FIXTURES: Laune Rangers travel to Rathmore this Wednesday evening in the third Round of County League Division One. Throw in 7pm

UNDER 14 BOYS: Both Laune Rangers Under 14 Boys teams were in action on Monday, July 3rd in the Central Region Competition. The Division One Team won at home against Na Gaeil, while the Division Three team lost away versus Annascaul/Lispole. On Monday last, the Divison One Team were away at Ardfert, and the Division Three Team hosted Castleisland Desmonds – no result at time of submission.

UNDER 12 BOYS: The Mid Kerry Under 12 Competition is up and running. Laune Rangers will have three teams competing in this year’s competition – one in the Division 1 competition, and two in the Division Two competition. They were away at Keel in both Divisions 1 and 2 on Saturday last, and the other Division Two team hosted Beaufort on Friday evening.. All three teams won well with excellent performances. This Friday, The Division One team and Division Two White team are away in Beaufort while the Division Two Blue Team are away to Milltown/Castlemaine. All games 7pm

MID KERRY: Congratulations to the Mid Kerry Under 21s on reaching the County Final following the defeat of East Kerry last Thursday evening. The team is captained by John Tyther and he is joined in the squad by fellow Rangers Aidan Cox, David Costelloe, Daniel Macbeth, Pierce Tyther & Neil O’Brien.

KERRY JUNIORS: Best of Luck to the Kerry Juniors who face Leitrim in the All Ireland Semi Final in Limerick on Saturday afternoon.
