This will be the third time we run this particular event, and always proves to be highly enjoyable, especially for the participating dancers! If you would be interested in taking part in the event – learning to dance and making lifelong friends in the process – please advise Finance Chairman Ger Counihan in Bunkers, contact Secretary Lisa Brennan on 0879788003, or email PRO Aidan Clifford on pro.launerangers.kerry@gaa.ie.

MINOR: The Mid Kerry Minor Final Replay between Laune Rangers & Milltown/Castlemaine was due to take place on Sunday last, but was postponed. It has been rescheduled & will take place in Beaufort on Sunday January 24th in Beaufort at 2pm.

GREEN & GOLD: The Kerry Seniors played their first game of 2016 on Sunday, with a McGrath Cup game against Clare. With the All Ireland Finallists on holiday & a huge number of injuries to players, Kerry fielded a largely experimental panel against their Munster rivals. Laune Rangers were delighted to see three players included in the panel and it was a great honour for Pa Joy, Kieran Crowley & Maurice Foley to don the green & gold jersey and all pick up game time on the day, with Pa starting at corner forward and Kieran & Maurice appearing from the bench.  Clare won the game by 0-12 to 0-09
